Dark Talent Agency ("DTA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all applicants, creators, and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
We collect information you voluntarily provide during the application process, including your name, Instagram handle, email address, phone number, content platform details, and any video submissions. We also collect standard analytics data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
Your information is used solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about your status, and provide management services if you are accepted. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Information may be shared with trusted partners (including McWorter Music Group and affiliated labels) only as necessary to provide services you have consented to.
Intro videos submitted as part of your application are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized DTA team members. Videos are deleted within 90 days if you are not accepted, or retained for the duration of your management agreement if accepted.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Application data for non-accepted applicants is deleted within 90 days.
